Hawaii has been sitting on your bucket list, but you haven’t made it yet. Why? Don’t wait another day for that special invitation or for the group chat to finally turn into a booked trip. Of the many islands of Hawaii, Maui is special. After more than five visits, I’ve learned it’s not the kind of destination where you just vacation; it’s a soft space you must slow down and immerse yourself in fully. So, let’s go beyond Viator and the Instagram posts and see Maui the way it deserves to be seen.
Maui boasts perfect weather and attractions, including:
- The most breathtaking sunsets in the world
- Home to world-class spas, luxe shopping, and more!
- Beautiful beaches that go on for miles & lush and green hiking trails and parks
- Relaxing, comforting energy with warm & friendly people
- Plenty of cultural experiences and, of course, a Luau and much more
This retreat is for the woman who isn’t seeking just the Insta-worthy pics, although she will find plenty of them. It's for the woman who wants to get lost in the ocean views or toss on some flip-flops and explore the local community. If you are looking for a healing, restorative place to reconnect with nature, yourself, and your good girlfriends of Wholelistic for her, then this is for you.
Sample Itinerary (subject to change):
Saturday: Fly into Los Angeles and join us for a meet and greet. Spend the evening connecting with one another and maybe find a moment to do some last minute shopping or sight seeing.
Sunday: Fly from Los Angeles into Maui. Settle in and explore the grounds of the beautiful Sheraton Maui Resort and Spa. We begin our experience with “Caftans and Cocktails” (or mocktails if you’d prefer) so bring your cute and colorful caftan!
Monday: Breakfast followed by a fitness/dance hula dancing class. Spend the rest of your day on your own exploring local shops, restaurants, spas, snorkeling and more.
Tuesday: Breakfast, yoga, local tours upcountry
Wednesday: Breakfast, yoga, You Grow Girl workshop 1, Luau!
Thursday: Breakfast, yoga, local tours
Friday: Breakfast, yoga, You Grown Girl workshop 2, Aloha Farewell Dinner
Saturday: Breakfast and departure back to LAX, arriving Sunday Morning

This experience is 8 days/nights of Me Time:
- Overnight stay in Los Angeles, prior to departure to Maui
- Round-trip transportation from Los Angeles, CA (LAX) to Maui
- Round-trip ground transportation from Maui Airport to the resort.
