Her story

Creating the space she needed.

Early in her federal career, Qiana learned the importance of forging her own path and building strategic alliances. That journey sparked a passion for creating safe, empowering spaces, for herself and for other women.

In 2012 she gathered 12 women for a small social networking group. In 2018 she launched the business arm of Wholelistic for Her, with individual and group coaching, virtual and in-person workshops, and curated wellness retreats at home and abroad.

Rooted in empowerment, self-care, growth and development, the community has grown to more than 1,400 members globally. Qiana has served as a keynote speaker and panelist across her community and the federal government.
